“The Customer Service Department is the first point of contact for emails and phone calls, and we know how important that first impression makes,” said Ash Dadabhoy, Pak West’s Customer Service Manager. “We want every inquiry handled in a timely matter and to everyone’s satisfaction, so we have service levels to benchmark our work.”
Customer Service has quite a few responsibilities as part of its daily duties, but the main responsibility is sales order processing. They take and enter orders coming in by phone, email, fax, and the sales staff handling any exceptions or issues so orders deliver on time.
Customers may contact Customer Service with inquiries on the status of their orders, request rush orders if feasible, and have custom reports on their sales orders generated.
Besides order processing, the customer service reps support the sales staff with order inquiries, flooring agreements, blanket orders, and quotes…just to name a few!
Yes, the Pak West customer service rep is a true multi-tasker and master prioritizer!
