Technical Service is now and always has been the hallmark of Pak West. We understand the importance of keeping our clients' packaging machinery up and running well. Therefore, we emphasize continuing education and training for all of our technicians and provide multiple technicians in each territory with sound technical capabilities. When a new territory is opened, we hire expert service technicians capable of keeping our clients’ packaging equipment running.

Whether your needs include field support through our fully-stocked service vans, in-shop service, or online/telephone support, Pak West is there for you. Our network of both in-house and contracted technicians expands to every region we touch. We work on both food packaging as well as industrial packaging machines. Our technicians are factory-trained in multiple arenas, including PLC programming capabilities, welding and fabrication, and electrical panel building.

Our top priority is servicing our clients. Not only do we provide expert emergency service when your production has unexpectedly gone down, but we also offer scheduled maintenance, after-hours support, machinery rebuilding, optimization of packaging lines, and bilingual training. We also have discounted maintenance contracts for those clients who are purchasing packaging materials from Pak West as well.

Our technicians work side by side with our packaging specialists, who provide rental equipment, new and used machinery sales, and used equipment buy backs.
